This PR adds a CI workflow that automatically uploads APK artifacts to GitHub draft releases, making it easier for users to download and install the app directly from GitHub. Tools like Obtainium allow users to track and install apps directly from GitHub releases. Currently, users who want the APK must either build from source or wait for manual uploads.
