Code Review

This pull request updates the minimum required version for @multiversx/sdk-dapp-ui. The dependency updates are correct, but there are a few issues to address before this can be merged.

Most importantly, the package version in package.json has not been bumped to 5.6.3 as the PR title suggests. This is a critical step for a release.
