- Open Chrome and go to
chrome://extensions/ - Enable "Developer mode" in the top right corner
- Click "Load unpacked" and select the extension directory
- Click on the Doom Scroll extension icon in your browser toolbar
- Toggle the switch to turn blocking on or off
- When enabled, the extension will automatically block feeds and suggested content on supported platforms
- When disabled, all content will be visible as usual
