Added taginfo.json

This is the first step to resolving #7

Once this is merged, I'll create a pull request to add this to https://github.com/joto/taginfo/blob/master/sources/projects/project_list.txt

Hi,
I´m not maintaining Keypad-Mapper 3 anymore.
Please feel free to create a branch.

We are working on version 4 but progress is currently stopped due to some other obligations with higher priority.
My guess is, that approx. 200 hrs of development are currently missing so in case there is somebody who wants to complete it feel free to contact me.
