This PR aims to make the default content of the site from an external folder that is independent to the docker image (replacing the hardcoded tsx file), via an external volume. (CODECAFE_DEFAULT_FILES_REPOSITORY_PATH = ./default-files).
So that, the deployment can be easily customized without needing a docker rebuild.
Passing tests are included. GUI tested.
