Explicitly include all golden files as build content in the test project to copy them to the output directory (PreserveNewest). This resolves test execution failures in environments (like CI) where tests run in a separate workspace context and rely on golden screenshots in the build bin directory.

Terminal.GuiNuGet package to version 2.4.0 in bothsmoc.csprojandsmoc.Tests.csproj. Also fixes the fully-qualified namespace forPlatformKeyBindinginProgram.csas it moved toTerminal.Gui.Input.PlatformKeyBindingin v2.4.0.
