Hi @daavoo , many thanks for the PR and sorry for replying just now: I wanted to start already with a more detailed description but I did not feel I had a good one yet, so I prepared the following:
My verdict is: perhaps I have been too strict 😅 but I still think the assistant needs some guidance while performing the task for me to get a PR I am happy reviewing, and I feel more comfortable doing this interactively, at least for a while. This said, I believe your idea was spot-on, and I am super grateful of your input because the process is now completely documented (both for people and agents), open (everyone can see the model's suggestions and my review, and waaay simpler to complete! 🙏 |

Trying to automate the manual steps described in #847.
I think the simplest approach is to create an issue (we can iterate on the description) that can be assigned to copilot in order to perform the submodule update + manual verification steps.
