Add mcp details and cookbook

Adds some missing details to the MCP docs.
Adds a simple example of MCP use with any-agent/any-llm.
Fixes links to github.io docs.

Nit: I would put all of the assets in examples folder and inline them into the docs md file. But I don't think we're following this strictly.

Ok. We can also think about adding them to CI for checks at some point. I wish we had some kind of includes in MD, but I'm not sure I want to get into preprocessing doc steps right now :-/

After discussion, the python file has been moved to the examples section and it's being linked in the docs as you mentioned.
