[ES-2894] back button & refresh issue resolved

[zesu22]

Fixed a bug where missing applicationId, authId, and flowId caused the login page to crash.

This state was easily triggered by refreshing the browser or using the back/forward navigation buttons.

Users are now correctly redirected to an error page instead of seeing a rendering error like below
