Data release and access guide

This guide is for the members of the MorPhiC consortium who would like to access the MorPhiC-generated datasets. The access to the data contents depends on the level of permissions the user has previously obtained within the MorPhiC consortium primarily by signing the Data Use Agreement (DUA).

The datasets (data files and related metadata) produced by MorPhiC are stored on Amazon S3 cloud storage in a folder-like setup, with each dataset organised as a folder. The data access is offered via the AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI), a tool for managing AWS services. The user will need to follow four simple steps for initiating data downloads.
