- Fixed on lower right of the page is very risky given our current layout. For one thing, bad conflict with chat page. Let's move the history dropdown to a clock icon on the upper right of the navbar instead

Need to sync between localstorage in different tabs. Right now the history on one tab never changes unless you visit a different page or reset the page, and if you visit a page in one tab you wipe out changes persisted in other tabs.

Let's only store documents, models, dashboards, and chat tabs visited. There's no sense in storing "you visited the team page" or "you visited the main dashboard list" - that's already easily accessible. This is more useful for "where was that user I was looking at just now?"
