Replace dependency find-pkg as suggested by https://e18e.dev/docs/replacements/find-pkg.html#replacements-for-find-pkg.

The replacement package has no dependencies, is smaller and supports ESM: https://npmx.dev/compare?packages=empathic,find-pkg
