Azure MCP Server moved from https://github.com/azure/azure-mcp to https://github.com/microsoft/mcp on 2025-08-25.

The old https://github.com/azure/azure-mcp repo has been archived as all new development continues in the new https://github.com/microsoft/mcp monorepo.
