Description
Cleaned up the server list by removing outdated repositories from the Readme.
Motivation and Context
issue: Some repositories are no longer maintained but still appear in the Community section.
solution: keep repositories maintained by contributors and official teams.
This change is necessary because some community repositories are no longer maintained but still appear in the Community section; on the other hand, official repositories, often maintained by the same contributors, are available.
