Changes bob-ammonia back to ammonia. Didn't change the icon to the vanilla one this time. I think we can go in the opposite direction on this one and stick with our ammonia icon, but that can be taken care of later.
While this is a late-game resource in Space Age, it is one that you just get as much of as you want practically for free using an offshore pump. Making it available on other planets does change game balance in a couple ways.
Ammonia is used in rocket fuel, and the recipe is kind of ridiculously good, balanced (sort of) by the fact that ammonia can only be collected on Aquilo, and isn't allowed to be barreled because... reasons. Not sure what the physical justification for that would be. However, ammonia is only added to Bob's when the hydrazine rocket fuel recipe is implemented. It seems reasonable to nix the ammonia rocket fuel recipe in this case. Hydrazine rocket fuel should be entirely possible to make on Aquilo, or we could go with an alternative that would be a little easier on Aquilo's tough energy economy, like hydrazine-tetrafluorohydrazine (tetrafluorohydrazine can be produced simply by reacting ammonia with fluorine).
Fusion power cells need ammonia, so having it everywhere would make it slightly easier to rely on them. You'd still need to ship lithium, though, so not that much easier. Besides, this is a recipe I'm sure we'll want to rework into something more similar to the Bob's deuterium fuel cell recipe anyway.
The other uses of ammonia are not really a concern. Ammonia solid fuel still needs oil, and the other recipes are Aquilo-specific or require other Aquilo resources.
