Summary

  • add Docker support for the API, including a slimmer build context, a cached Dockerfile, and local Makefile helpers
  • publish multi-platform Docker images to ghcr.io from bare semver git tags like 1.2.3
  • add a short RELEASE.md guide for the tag-based release flow
