Download either the tarball or the ZIP archive (see the releases page for other versions)
Extract the archive (usually right-clicking on the file will give the option)
Read the README file
Review the BSD 3-Clause License and make sure you agree to the terms
Read and edit the configuration file as needed (found in the Conf/ directory)
Run the installation script:
sudo ./install.sh
