Fixed in b8f3269. Upgraded @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin and @typescript-eslint/parser from ^8.35.0 to ^8.58.0, which resolves to 8.58.1 — the first version with an expanded peer dependency range of typescript@">=4.8.4 <6.1.0" that covers TypeScript 6.0.x.
