bug fixed on: 1. on session termination in modem, local dataitems related to router need to be cleared. 2. in destination advertisement, whet destination is no longer advertised by remote modem, its ipdataitems need to be removed.

Developed support to advertise following data items between modems, with help of DestAdvert module:
IPv4, IPv6, IPv4Subnet, IPv6Subnet
The code supports only a case when modem is connected to one router
In case of two or more routers connected to a modem, united set of data items is advertised for both routers.
