Move the period inside the bold for Violating confidentiality. to match neighbouring items like Harassment. and Character attacks.
Move the period inside the bold for Promotional materials. to match neighbouring items like Misleading identity. and Failing to credit sources.

Scoped review of the only file changed in the triggering commit (CONTRIBUTING.md, from PR #6193). No spelling errors, duplicate words, broken markdown, or YAML issues were found — only the two punctuation inconsistencies above.
