Overview
Adds first-class documentation for the new Agent Workflows feature and reorganizes existing guidance.

Introduces a new agent/workflows.mdx page that explains workflow file structure, triggers (cron and push), context repos, and automerge, with several end-to-end example workflows (style audit, feature docs, API reference sync, translation lag, SEO audit). The previous “workflows” examples content is split into a new agent/use-cases.mdx, and navigation is updated (docs.json + agent/index.mdx) to link to both pages.
