Add a new testcase to validate that imagestream tags can be migrated properly

Import an external image creating a imagestream and tags it
Add extra tags to this image
Import a new version of the image to this image stream
Add new tags to the new version
Migrate
Validate that the imagestream and its tags are OK after the migration.
