Update the packages to allow release files to be built. Includes updating README.md instructions/links.
npm run packcan now be run inside the folder to create a.midiMixerPluginfile.This does not add scripts and config for automatic release building. Nor does it update the plugin to not use an
.htmlfile pack to the newer all.jsway.This is primarily just to ease the installation for new users.
