Add new icons for 'ask' and 'screen-cut' with corresponding metadata

This pull request adds metadata and mapping for two new icons, "ask" and "screen-cut," to the icon template system. These changes ensure the new icons are properly categorized, described, and mapped for use in the project.

Icon metadata additions:

• Added metadata for the ask icon, including tags (e.g., "question", "chat"), category ("communication"), and description ("Question mark in chat bubble").
• Added metadata for the screen-cut icon, including tags (e.g., "scissors", "screenshot"), category ("action"), and description ("Scissors cutting screen").

Icon mapping updates:

• Mapped icon IDs 60543 and 60544 to the new screen-cut and ask icons, respectively, in mapping.json.
