After restarting DevTools, you should see the default theme *3024* take affect within the *Sources* and *Console* panels.

To switch themes, go to the Author Settings tab in the DevTools window (if your window is narrow, the tab may be hidden under the `»` menu). Close and reopen the DevTools window to see your changes take effect.
