Initial public release

First public release of the Lecture Notes Generator pipeline.

This repository provides an automated workflow to transcribe lecture audio,
generate structured Markdown notes, and create multiple-choice quizzes using
Large Language Models. The pipeline is model-agnostic and includes automatic
token budgeting to support long recordings.
