This is great! Made slight wording suggestions. As I recall, your first example seems to be a match for what I later called "Templating … " (about the second section heading following). Maybe we should just delete that, if you agree. Of if you think keeping them separate is better, you can move headers around. Really I think typing the template, and choose the property relation for a field or element, are pretty different categories of things.
