canonical/SYSTEM_ARCHITECTURE_V3_20260901.mdas the current topology/authority composition;canonical/REALSAS_END_TO_END_CANONICAL_ARCHITECTURE_20260901.svgwith distinct shipping, training/evaluator and historical/optional authority lanes;canonical/HUMAN_READABLE_ROADMAP_20260901.mdreplacing the obsolete SharedLearner-era continuation roadmap for current navigation;tools/validate_architecture_svg_v3.py+ dedicated CI to parse SVG and assert required nodes/authority labels;The SVG explicitly includes current IRIS V2, GeometricSubstrateAssembler, R6 Geppetto/Arachne boundaries, Compiler graph/skin qualification, MWB M*/M/B + CanonicalPuppetGraph.v2, exact-state proof/repair/runtime, byte-vendored historical closure, external CDT/BBW-KKT/ARAP/XPBD/heavy proof/native-runtime authorities, per-solver promotion gates and dead/superseded lineage.
