After the SDK regeneration, .list() methods now return Promise<Page<T, R>> instead of supporting .withRawResponse() chaining. Updated all integration and unit tests to access response data through the Page object's properties (page.data, page.response, page.rawResponse). - Fixed 75 list() tests across 5 integration test files - Fixed 8 list() tests in enum-response-handling unit test - All 474 unit tests now passing Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
