Summary
Add recurrence settings to tasks for daily, monthly, specific-date, and even/odd schedules
Persist recurrence data in PostgreSQL and derive the next scheduled_date on read
Update HTTP DTOs, OpenAPI, Docker init SQL, and README assumptions
