Description
This PR adds reference docs for WebAssembly SIMD arithmetic instructions (and possibly some more bitwise ones too).
Note: I've updated the general
shlpage to cover SIMD and non-SIMD values. I've also deleted the previously published SIMD-specificshlpage and redirected it to the general one.Motivation
