The place_order method now accept 'market' orders
Added date parameter, so it is possible to call the api function ohlcv/hd/ who need a date in parameter
This method cancel all order for a given couple

Hi,
I have improved the place_order method to manage 'market' orders.
Improved the api_call method who now can accept date as a parameter, it's usefull to call the 'ohlcv/hd/' API function.
Also added a new method cancel_all_orders.
