Implements the _pragma DSN parameter (repeatable, executed in declaration order on every connection) to fix connection-pool PRAGMA persistence. Matches the interface already supported by modernc and ncruces drivers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
