Motivation:

비밀 댓글 오류 수정
사용자 검증을 위한 메서드 수정

Modifications:

비밀 댓글 설정 시 제 3자가 확인할 수 없도록 수정
comment 삭제 및 조회에 사용자 검증 로직 추가(Authorization 헤더로 토큰 전송)
