It takes "each laboratory room" as the basic unit and comprehensively integrates core data such as basic information, personnel information, instrument and equipment, special equipment, chemical storage, and various hazardous sources. The system constructs a quantitative scoring model based on the "University Laboratory Safety Classification Table" and the "Safety Risk Assessment Table", automatically identifies risk factors, intelligently recommends laboratory categories (teaching/research/public services, etc.) and safety levels (Level I high risk, Level II medium risk, Level III low risk), and supports a multi-level approval process to ensure standardized, traceable, and clear responsibilities for classification and grading adjustments.
The classification and grading results are deeply linked to business modules such as appointment management, security access, access authorization, and inspection supervision, achieving differentiated and precise management: high-risk laboratories strengthen access, training, and emergency mechanisms, low-risk laboratories optimize processes, and improve efficiency. The supporting 'General Laboratory Safety Information Board' synchronizes system data in real-time, dynamically displaying responsible persons, risk points, protective measures, and emergency contact information to ensure accurate, timely, and visible on-site information.
Through the closed-loop mechanism of "one room, one file, risk quantification, intelligent rating, dynamic updates, multi-level approval, and information visualization", the system comprehensively improves the intrinsic safety level of university laboratories, providing solid support for building a laboratory safety governance system with controllable risks, clear responsibilities, and orderly management.
