Frame-0.01-master-snapshot

Just a signed archive of a master/main branch snapshot as of shortly before $(date) with checksums for integrity checks a library such as this might find itself subject to when pulled into a project.

It seems to work using Perl 5.40.0 (built and managed with perl-build/plenv) on macOS 14.7.1 and various GNU/Linux distros (Debian/Raspberry Pi OS, Arch, and Solus)

I wouldn't call this stable, secure, safe, performant, worth using or even looking at just yet but again it works (on my machine) and I've found it necessary on too many occasions to have handy a recent archive of Frame and other various unreleased, unversioned, git only libraries available publicly over HTTPS with a valid SSL/TLS certificate for package managers/CPAN clients/etc to consume to if need be
