You need a proof of him doing those action, like a video or picture of him doing them in the comics.

So the Thinker (in the Flash) can take the bodies of people and get there powers. I am still looking for some proof but he does take there powers. And for example he takes the Body of Ralph who has the powers to stretch and stretch his body into anything thats why I added /disguise.

ok so you have to go to the permission part of the code, near the bottom of the list named PermissionEx, and make a fork of it and that shall allow you to edit it. Once there you will have to copy and paste an char that is similar to the char that you are making. Then change it to give him the permission you want him to have that correspondswith the code you created for him.

Also when trying to find a char that is similar, use ctrl F. It makes things go a whole lot faster.
