I manually found and wanted to address some misjoins in an assembly I'm working on.
I used splitasm (branched from #135) as a framework, and modified it to accept a BED file specifying regions to be split. I then implemented this as a new utility
manualsplits.I mostly wrote this for myself so I could use an AGP to update the GFF instead of risking errors doing it by hand, but I thought others might find the utility useful.
