-Multiple databases that are switched using an environment variable so the db server is not needed during testing -Clean up some dev/prod setup for starting the server so gunicorn/docker are not needed in dev/testing
- Added Next.js frontend application in web/ directory - Includes authentication, queue management, and dashboard components - Added .DS_Store to .gitignore
Removed installation step for dependencies from README.

Front end is now written in Vue by @jbcarras who also finished the 1.0 functionality of the API
