- Decompress languages folders so that they are build using a script (like icons are). It will make it easier to track changes.
- Updated French localization to current version 0.9.182.
- Change reference language from German to French. (This means that updating languages will need to fr.zip as a base instead of the de.zip like the original did).
Uses the same script that icons used, modified & renamed script

Also renamed 'critique' to 'analyse' (review) to better match existing UI terms.
Made a checkbox bigger to fit more text & changed terms to be shorter.
