Step to reproduce the bug:

Set hint for discord.com to fakeip,ipv6,https,tfo,h3,h2 and DNS server at 5354.
Restart phantomsocks
dig @192.168.1.1 -p 5354 discord.com HTTPS
Receiced unmodified response from upstream resolver, bypassing fakeip.
(Again) dig @192.168.1.1 -p 5354 discord.com HTTPS
Received empty response.

Step 4 has been observed at my Safari browser multiple times.
