This doesn't seem right to me...
we don't presently have db-4.8.x in our tree, in any slot.

Yeah, IIRC is part of the patches that I have to add from Phoenix before tag mark-I. I will check when I'm back

I mean, I think that commit drops the fix done before, maybe merged from mark-testing with old template
