Seeds math/rand for memoryless package

• Seeds math/rand: m-lab/dev-tracker#689.

Uniform names

A version of nodeinfo which enforces uniform naming conventions.

Configured with an external file, productionized.

Now configured with an external configuration file. It is hoped that this is the last required deployment of the binary for some time.

Ready for production alpha

With some basic metrics and a little resiliency, this is the version we will first try and deploy as part of the M-Lab 2.0 platform.

The very first version. Fly little nodeinfo! Fly!

Nodeinfo is now ready to be tried out in alpha form.
