Workflow is now feasible

Implementation of simple dynamic data creation illustrated through a hello world message.

Workflow for a developer has been greatly improved. See README.md

Full functionality of a dev environment.

A developer should now be able to clone this repository and using the shell scripts contained therein have a good control of a live reloading Angular and Spring Boot app.

The app is also ready for implementation of a MySQL backend.
