Bug fix in the T1 controller which was running constantly.
Changed the behavior of the T1 toggle register which is now a T1 enable. Set the register to 1 to start the T1 and 0 to stop the T1
Modified the extended I2C controller to respond more quickly in order to get rid of the timeouts on CTP7.
