Improve menu bar stats and switcher UI

Changes:

• Show active account menu bar stats as label + 5H + weekly percentages.
• Allow 5H and weekly menu bar metrics to be enabled independently.
• Fix switching text rendering by removing the broken spinner.
• Restore reset credit display.
• Improve account card spacing and footer layout.
• Add AM/PM reset-time display option.
• Fix overlapping account label/action pills.

Tested:

• Built with ./build.sh
• Installed locally with ./install.sh
• Verified app launches from /Applications
• Verified menu bar and reset-credit UI locally

Privacy:

• No account emails, access tokens, home paths, or local auth data are included in this PR.
