made a couple changes here: -minor grammatical edits -comments to explain the inside of the network -table.getn is obsoleted, # is the operator used for length of tables

hello there! this project idea was pretty cool, so I skimmed over the code for the neural network and the genetic algorithm. I added a lot of comments that explained certain decisions in the neural network (like using i+1 for index) and a couple to clarify the genetic algorithm. good code here, but I think this commit makes it a little more accessible
