Support files should be treated as private in test libraries.
Interfaces return empty arrays for Private Data Clusters and Library Versions. The test cases for interface decomposition correctly expect empty arrays. The test case for composition, however, provides non-empty arrays. References #14

This PR adds test cases for interfaces in LabVIEW 2020 and must not be merged unless the entire codebase is updated to LabVIEW 2020 or higher.
