Five LIPs had a status recorded inconsistently between the README index table and their file frontmatter: - 89, 90, 91, 92: Treasury bundle, adopted -> Final (frontmatter was Proposed) - 101: executed on-chain -> Final (frontmatter was Proposed; see #108) Also strips trailing whitespace from the status field of LIP-3 and LIP-15. (LIP-100 is handled separately in its own PR, which marks it Abandoned.) Refs #112.
