debian:stable does not appear to have the libtss-dev package, causing some tests to fail. Attempt to install the TSS and, if it does not work, fall back to building and installing it from git. Link: linux-integrity#25 Signed-off-by: Roberto Sassu <roberto.sassu@huawei.com>
